Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Car: As the 2025 version of the Alto 800 makes its way to the market, Maruti Suzuki continues to bask in fame with one of the most loved hatchbacks in India. Targeting the entry-level buyer who tends to choose from budget and practical vehicles with reputed features, this new Alto 800 is a straight fit for the first buyers and smaller families.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Specifications

So there we have a grille with a touch of aggression, headlamps slimmed down on all sides, and the body stance honestly a little raised for a competing road presence! Freshening up inside with a dual-tone dash, period fabric upholstery of what seems a better grade now, ergonomically designed for comfort while cruising city avenues-with features left and right such as Maruti having power windows in the front, rear parking sensor, and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity (top variants only), a few features generally not found in this price segment.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Engine Power

An Alto 800 gets under the hood with a tiny 796-cc, three-cylinder petrol engine now tuned as per the very tricky BS6 Phase 2 norms. It offers a stupendous torque of 47bhp and 69Nm of co-operation with the nimble 5-speed manual transmission. Another engineering feat from Maruti’s side, the hatchback now returns close to 29km/l on the highway, which makes it significantly score in the practical department from a daily commute point of view. While there are no official statements to go by, one can almost be positive of a factory-fitted CNG model to be announced sooner rather than later, thus becoming a genuinely attractive option for those with less capital but a much lower running cost.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Price

Probably based on the lower-end versions, the lowest offer in this new range could be priced at Rs. 3.99 lakhs (ex-showroom), and the highest trim must be set around Rs. 5.5 lakhs. Style-wise, ambiance-wise, and worthy of its fuel efficiency rating, the Alto 800 2025 will indeed hold pride as the most famous entry-level car of India. Safety-wise, the Alto 800 2025 adheres strictly to the new Indian safety rules with standard dual airbags, ABS with EBD, seatbelt reminders, and bodies of enhanced strength.
